Attorney Marinello provides advice, counsel, and representation to children with special education needs and their families. Not only is she committed to informing clients of their rights, but she is passionate about protecting those rights, whether through an IEP meeting or more formal complaint procedure.

Attorney Marinello understands that you want what is best for your child and sometimes that requires the enforcement of legal rights. She provides advice and counsel so that you can advocate on your own for your child. If you prefer, or the situation warrants, she attends IEP and 504 meetings, requests independent evaluations, files complaints, and attends related mediations, resolution sessions, and/or hearings. Attorney Marinello offers a flat rate for the initial review of educational records, which includes an “Options” meeting to discuss potential legal rights and remedies.  As with all other cases, the initial consultation, up to 30 minutes, is free.  She will also refer you to no cost services when appropriate. Please see Fees for more information.
